South central Garfield County in west central Colorado... * Until 715 PM MDT. * At 652 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 18 miles northeast of Fruita, or 21 miles north of Grand Junction, moving northeast at 25 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected.
