Zelensky calls for support for Graham’s bill and tougher European sanctions following latest Russian attacks

Following yet another series of strikes on civilian targets in various regions of the country, President Volodymyr Zelensky called on partners to increase pressure on Russia—to support Lindsey Graham’s bill and to strengthen European sanctions.
