River Road and a few county roads are closed by high water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 8.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 8.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to a crest of 12.4 feet tomorrow evening.
