The Presidential Press and Information Office’s Department of Accreditation is now accepting applications for media coverage of the 8th Summit of Heads of State and Government of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum, and of the third Russia–Africa Summit and the Russia–Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum.
Journalist accreditation is handled via the website www.kremlin.ru (президент.рф).
To obtain an accreditation badge, applicants must complete the registration form.
The accreditation badge grants access to the international press centre and is valid for the following events:
October 27 – Gas Exporting Countries Forum
October 28–29 – Russia–Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum
October 28–29 – Russia–Africa Summit
Accreditation applications are accepted from Russian media outlets registered with Roskomnadzor and from foreign journalists.
Applications are subject to the following quotas: for print and online media – up to two reporters and two photographers (a maximum of four individuals per outlet); for television media – up to two film crews (a maximum of six individuals per outlet).
The accreditation deadline is 12:00 pm Moscow time on September 30, 2026.
Applications received after 12:00 pm Moscow time on September 30, 2026, will not be considered.
Submission of an application does not guarantee accreditation. The organisers reserve the right to refuse accreditation without giving a reason.
Accreditation confirmation, together with information on badge collection and the time and meeting point for media representatives, will be sent individually to accredited journalists to the email address provided in their application after October 19, 2026.
