FFWILN The National Weather Service in Wilmington has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Southeastern Wayne County in east central Indiana... Northwestern Preble County in west central Ohio... * Until 1000 PM EDT. * At 654 PM EDT, radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.
