Doppler radar estimates between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen overnight. Another round of heavy rainfall is possible mid to late morning. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding.
