South Central Madison County in southeastern Idaho... * Until 100 PM MDT. * At 1004 AM MDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms mbving into the area, which will produce heavy rain over the Big Rock Burn Scar. The expected rainfall rate is 0.2 to 0.4 inches in 1 hour or less. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the Big Rock burn scar. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials.
