* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...A portion of south central Minnesota, including the following county, Freeborn. * WHEN...Until 4 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
