* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast Wisconsin, including the following counties, in east central Wisconsin, Fond du Lac and Sheboygan. In south central Wisconsin, Columbia, Green Lake, Marquette and Sauk. In southeast Wisconsin, Dodge, Ozaukee and Washington. * WHEN...Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Storm drains and ditches may become clogged with debris. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of showers and some storms with heavy rainfall rates should linger into this morning, moving through areas that have already received heavy rainfall. Another 1 inch or so of rainfall may occur into this morning.
