Initial local runoff has likely already made it through the Lanesboro and Houston locations. Additional upstream runoff will likely hold Lanesboro around 10 to 12 feet through this evening as upstream water routes downstream. At Houston, the forecast carries uncertainty in how fast the water will route downstream.
