Flash Flood Warning issued September 20 at 11:42AM EDT until September 20 at 1:30PM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

At 1142 AM EDT, Soppler radar indicated that rain was ending across the warned area. Earlier, emergency management reported several instances of flash flooding across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1.0 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring.
