Root River Canal At Raymond affecting Racine County. .Two rivers in southeast Wisconsin remain in flood stage following recent rains of 3.5 to 4.5 inches. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Root River Canal at Raymond. * WHEN...Until late Monday night. * IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Water floods Koerber Park on 6 Mile Road.
