For the Saint Marys River...including Decatur, St. Mary's River near Fort Wayne...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Saint Marys River near Decatur. * WHEN...Until late Friday night. * IMPACTS...At 23.5 feet, Many east side city streets and county roads are flooded. Evacuation of east side residents near Bellmont High School becomes necessary. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:35 AM EDT Monday the stage was 23.5 feet and steady. - Bankfull stage is 15.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to remain near 23.5 feet today and then begin slowly falling.
