Kallas proposes sanctions against organizers of Russian 'elections' in occupied Ukrainian territories

EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas will propose sanctions against individuals who facilitated the holding of elections to the Russian State Duma in the occupied territories of Ukraine.
