* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall on the Green River and nearby tributaries continues. * WHERE...Portions of Lee County in north central Illinois... * WHEN...Until 700 PM CDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Creeks and streams have risen out of their banks. Roads and streets are flooded. Flooding of structures is occurring. High water may be slow to recede from flooded areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1101 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms.
