Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1049 AM EDT, Duck Creek at Macksburg continues to read close to flood stage, and flooding is occurring on roads in the area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain fell overnight. Additional rain of less than 0.5 inch is expected into early afternoon. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
