Stretches of several low-lying roads near the river are flooded. Scioto and Camp Creek Townships in southern Pike County experience the most significant flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM EDT Monday the stage was 18.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon to a crest of 22.4 feet tomorrow morning.
