Flash Flood Warning issued September 21 at 4:44PM EDT until September 21 at 6:00PM EDT by NWS Jackson KY

At 444 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heaviest rain had moved out of the warned area; however, between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen since 2:30 PM in the hardest hit areas.
