Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 438 PM EDT, Duck Creek at Macksburg is reading minor flood stage, and flooding is occurring on roads in the area. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain fell overnight. Little additional rainfall is expected but area creeks remain high and will likely take hours to recede. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
