* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Northern Jackson County in southeastern Ohio... Northwestern Meigs County in southeastern Ohio... Northern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until 645 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 318 PM EDT, Doppler radar and area rain gauges indicated between 2.5 and 3.5 inches of rain fell overnight resulting in creeks rising out of their banks and flooding adjacent roads. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
