* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Northeastern Braxton County in north central West Virginia... South Central Barbour County in northeastern West Virginia... West Central Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia... Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia... Southeastern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. This includes portions of Sand Run Road and Heavner Grove Road in Buckhannon and Pleasant Ridge in French Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 755 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
