Industrial parking lots threatened along Kilbourne Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 PM CDT Tuesday the stage was 9.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is cresting and will remain around 9.3 feet through early Wednesday morning.
