The second day of competitions for the JIF North-Central region, held on Tuesday (22nd), expanded the range of sports in competition at the IFMT Campus Barra do Garças. The day's program was marked by the start of athletics, swimming, judo, and table tennis competitions, as well as the debut of the football matches.
In parallel with the changes to the schedule, the other team sports continued at a high pace. The teams continue to compete for the top positions in the table, with their sights set on a place in the regional final.
Athletes from the Federal Institute of Mato Grosso (IFMT), Federal Institute of Goiás (IFG), Goiano Federal Institute (IFGoiano), Federal Institute of Brasília (IFB) and Federal Institute of Mato Grosso do Sul (IFMS) are seeking qualification for the National Stage of the JIF, which will take place in Goiânia.
