* WHAT...West winds 45 to 65 mph with gusts up to 75 mph expected. * WHERE...Shemya and Attu Islands. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A strong low pressure system rapidly strengthening in the southern Bering will bring very strong westerly winds beginning this evening and continuing into late Thursday morning.
