Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 320 PM EDT, county officials reported that flooding of the Raccoon Creek is occurring across the warned area. State Route 124 in southern Vinton County remains closed due to flooding. In the City of Vinton, State Route 325 at State Route 160 is closed due to flooding.
