Northwestern Culberson County in southwestern Texas... * Until 400 AM MDT /500 AM CDT/. * At 108 AM MDT /208 AM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Mesonet observing stations indicate that between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in the past 1 to 2 hours near Carlsbad Caverns National Park and additional heavy showers and storms continue to move northward over areas that have received heavy rainfall.
