One of the four people suspected of killing a 37-year-old Romanian man and leaving him at Gudenåen, was handed over to Denmark yesterday. He will be brought before the court for a preliminary hearing at the Viborg Court at 13:00 today.
I will continue to seek justice, even if it means doing so behind closed doors.

Pre-trial detention for murder in Herning18.9.2026 11:59:57 CEST | Official announcement
The pre-trial detention of the 32-year-old man has today been extended until October 16th. The 34-year-old victim of the stabbing later died, and the basis for the pre-trial detention has therefore changed to murder. As the court hearing took place behind closed doors, the Midt- og Vestjyllands Police have no further information.
Three young men convicted of assault and unlawful coercion in Herning17.9.2026 13:56:43 CEST | Official Announcement
The court in Herning. Three men, aged 24, 21, and 20, have been sentenced to indefinite imprisonment for jointly and under threat of violence, forcing a young man into a car and driving him out of Herning. They then struck him forcefully on the head, causing him to lose consciousness and sustain a head injury. The three subsequently drove the injured man to his residence, where they left him in an unconscious state. The 24-year-old was sentenced to 6 months in prison, and the other two were sentenced to 4 months each. All were convicted. /CTH

Viborg Court: A 43-year-old man from Silkeborg was brought before the Viborg Court today for a preliminary hearing, accused of violating Section 191, paragraph 2, paragraph 1, paragraph 1, of the Penal Code for possession of 1.2 kilos of cocaine with the intent to transfer it to a larger number of people or for significant compensation. He denies the charges and is currently remanded in custody until October 13, 2026. The police are continuing the investigation.
44-year-old man sentenced to 3.5 years in prison for rape and aggravated assault in Skive2026-09-10 17:00:00 CEST | Official Announcement
A 44-year-old man was today sentenced by the Viborg Court to 3 years and 6 months in prison for rape and aggravated assault. The rape and assault occurred during the same incident in Skive on December 3, 2024. The man has appealed the sentence to the Supreme Court. The man is in pre-trial detention following the sentence.

Ved Retten i Viborg, a 45-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man, were sentenced to 1 year and 6 months and 2 years and 3 months of unconditional imprisonment, respectively, for having subjected a man to robbery, aggravated assault, and deprivation of liberty in an apartment in Viborg in January 2026. The woman accepted the sentence, while the man appealed.
