...FLASH FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 730 PM MDT THIS EVENING FOR SOUTHEASTERN LINCOLN COUNTY... At 505 PM MDT, emergency management reported the Rio Bonito has exceeded its banks, which has prompted the closure of US Highway 380 at mile marker 103. Evacuations are being performed from Lincoln to the US Highway 380 and 70 intersection. Flash flooding is already occurring. FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for Hondo. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Heavy rain producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Emergency management reported. IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! Life threatening flash flooding of low water crossings, small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses. Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
