* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Central Gallia County in southeastern Ohio... Southeastern Vinton County in southeastern Ohio... * WHEN...Until noon EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of Raccoon Creek and it's tributaries is occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 537 AM EDT, Flooding of Raccoon Creek and it's tributaries continues, with numerous roadways flooded. Water levels are dropping however. Motorists should continue to exercise extreme caution and be prepared for water or debris remaining on roadways. Please continue to heed remaining road closures. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
