* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma, including the following areas, Cimarron and Texas and the Panhandle of Texas, including the following areas, Armstrong, Carson, Dallam, Deaf Smith, Hansford, Hartley, Hutchinson, Moore, Oldham, Palo Duro Canyon, Potter, Randall and Sherman. * WHEN...From Tuesday morning through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
