* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of northwest Texas and the far southern Panhandle of Texas, including the following counties, in northwest Texas, Bailey, Cochran and Lamb. In the Panhandle of Texas, Castro, Parmer and Swisher. * WHEN...Through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of heavy showers and thunderstorms are expected through early Wednesday. Storms may move repeatedly over the same areas, which combined with high rainfall rates may result in flash flooding.
