Flooding is already occurring over area roadways in the warned area, including the Navajo 71 roadway. In addition, the river gage on the Little Colorado River at Holbrook is forecast to exceed minor flood stage, which has impacted the railroad bridge and caused overflow on the south bank of the river in the past. - This includes the following creeks, washes and rivers...
