Flash Flood Warning issued September 29 at 5:01PM MDT until September 29 at 7:45PM MDT by NWS Pueblo CO

At 501 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain over the Middle Aspen Acres Burn Scar. Up to 1 inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 0.5 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Excessive rainfall over the burn scar will result in debris flow moving through the North Creek, Middle Creek and Squirrel Creek. The debris flow can consist of rock, mud, vegetation and other loose materials. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding.
