In south central Texas, Milam. * WHEN...Through Friday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Low-water crossings may be flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Slow moving showers and storms will likely bring widespread 2 to 3 inches of rain across the watch area.
