FFWOAX The National Weather Service in Omaha/Valley has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Douglas County in east central Nebraska... Sarpy County in east central Nebraska... * Until 300 AM CDT. * At 1146 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported ongoing water rescues near 168th and Harrison. Between 5 and 8 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is already occurring. HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported.
