* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southeastern York County in east central Nebraska... Eastern Adams County in south central Nebraska... Clay County in south central Nebraska... Fillmore County in south central Nebraska... Northern Nuckolls County in south central Nebraska... Northern Thayer County in south central Nebraska... Northeastern Webster County in south central Nebraska... * WHEN...Until noon CDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 941 PM CDT, At 922 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated that much of the Warning area had picked up at least 2.5 to 5 inches of rain in the last few hours. At least minor flooding of several rural roads is likely. Area creeks and rivers will also experience at least significant within-bank rises, and mainly minor flooding of some main rivers is also possible. At least portions of the Warning area could receive at least another inch of rain tonight before rain moves out or becomes much lighter, and, at least some lighter rain could also fall during the day Thursday before rain completely ends for several days. This areal Flood Warning effectively replaces the previously- issued Flood Advisory valid for much of the same area until 3 AM Thursday. - This includes the following streams and drainages...
