* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...Muscatine County in east central Iowa... Louisa County in southeastern Iowa... Washington County in southeastern Iowa... * WHEN...Until 1130 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. Expect many areas of slow moving or standing water. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1129 AM CDT, Emergency management reported several road closures, many creeks out of their banks, and widespread field flooding in the warned area. Flooding is already occurring. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.3 to 1 inch are possible in the warned area, with rain ending early this evening.…
