* WHAT...Flooding caused by earlier excessive rainfall is ongoing. * WHERE...East Central Nuckolls County in south central Nebraska... Northern Thayer County in south central Nebraska... * WHEN...Until 730 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1034 AM CDT, various rainfall observations, automated river gauges, and ground-truth reports from emergency management personnel indicated that at least 3-5 inches of rain had fallen within the Warning area over the last 48 hours, resulting in continued flooding along area creeks and rivers.
