Republican River At Guide Rock affecting Webster and Nuckolls Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Republican River at Guide Rock. * WHEN...Until late tonight. * IMPACTS...At 12.5 feet, Minor agricultural lowland flooding occurs and roads B and E will begin to be impacted. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:30 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 9.5 feet, which is still a few feet below minor flood stage of 12.5 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this afternoon and crest around 13.1 feet.
