Equipment should be moved from low docks and boat ties loosened downstream in Kingsland. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 2.4 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 6.0 feet late this evening.
