Rural lowlands outside of Beloit flood at 18 feet. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 7:45 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 22.6 feet, witch is 2.6 feet above the minor flood stage. - Forecast...The river appears to of recently crested with water levels now starting to reside.
