Rock Island County in northwestern Illinois... * WHEN...Until 100 PM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 150 AM CDT, Rainfall has diminished throughout the warned area. Total rainfall amounts of 2 to 5 inches have occurred across the warned area resulting in flooding. Law Enforcement and Emergency Management report several roads either partially inundated, or totally inundated with standing water and some are closed.
