Black Hawk County in northeastern Iowa... * WHEN...Until 1045 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Several structures are flooded and numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 554 AM CDT, flooding is ongoing across the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but there will be no additional rain today. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
