Strongest winds will be in Adak. * WHERE...Atka and Adak. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to 4 AM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong, gusty southerly winds will increase across Adak and Atka, late this afternoon, with the strongest winds in Adak expected this evening.
