Security Council, 10237th Meeting (PM) Ukraine

The Security Council will meet at 3 p.m. to discuss a new wave of Russian Federation attacks on Ukraine in the past few days. Ukraine requested the meeting. Khaled Khiari, Assistant Secretary-General, Departments of Political and Peacebuilding Affairs and Peace Operations, and Gemma Connell, Director of the Crisis Response Division of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs, will brief. Ukraine, as well as Estonia, Germany, Norway and Poland, will participate under rule 37 of the Council's rules of procedure. The European Union will participate under rule 39.
