Success will be measured by the results States achieve together, stressed the President of the General Assembly during his annual address to the Sixth Committee (Legal) today, after which delegates concluded deliberations on the principle of universal jurisdiction and commenced debate on the status of the protocols additional to the Geneva Conventions.
