Registration is now open until September 20 for submissions for the 33rd National Meeting of the Open University of the Unified Health System (UNA-SUS). This year, the event will take place on November 18 and 19 at the Center of Sciences of the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF), with support from the Distance Education Center (Cead).
With the theme "Data-driven education and Artificial Intelligence: new skills for teachers and students," the Meeting proposes to discuss the opportunities, challenges, and possibilities offered by new technologies for the training and qualification of health professionals, especially in the context of the Unified Health System (SUS).
Researchers interested in participating can submit their papers through theOfficial event websiteThe program will bring together, primarily, representatives of the institutions that make up the UNA-SUS network, as well as managers, researchers, teachers, students, and health professionals from different regions of the country.
The event is organized by the Executive Secretariat of UNA-SUS and UNA-SUS/UFJF, and is coordinated by the professors of UFJF, Cyntia Pace Schmitz Corrêa and Silvia Lanziotti Azevedo da Silva.
According to Cyntia Corrêa, professor at the Faculty of Physical Therapy, in addition to promoting reflection on the paths of innovation and health training, the Meeting also represents an important space for integrating the UNA-SUS network, through discussions, meetings, training and alignment of network coordinators.
