On the night of Saturday, August 30, drones attacked the Leningrad Region of the Russian Federation. There are reports of a strike and a fire at an oil refinery in the city of Kirishi. An explosion was heard in the Bezhitsky District of Bryansk.

According to Ukrinform, this information was reported by the ASTRA Telegram channel.

On the night of August 30, residents of the Leningrad Region released footage showing the repulsion of a drone attack and a large-scale fire at what is believed to be the “Kirishinefteorgsintez” oil refinery.

In the morning, Leningrad Oblast Governor Oleksandr Drozdhenko reported that a fire had broken out in the industrial zone of the city of Kirishi as a result of strikes by Ukrainian drones. No official reports of casualties have been released.

An ASTRA OSINT analyst determined that the building that was hit is located in the Leningrad Oblast, in the city of Kirishi.

In addition, during a UAV attack in Bryansk, an explosion occurred near apartment buildings in the Bezhitsky District.

The Bryansk Electromechanical Plant (BEMZ) and the Bryansk Automobile Plant (BAZ) (part of the Almaz-Antey Aerospace Defense Concern) are located 4–5 kilometers from the site of the explosion.
