We have several important items to share in advance of the Ad ASTRA Community Workshop next week:
Workshop & Parking Locations
The workshop’s main sessions will take place in Baxter Lecture Hall on the Caltech campus. The coffee breaks and opening reception will take place in Dabney Garden, the poster sessions in Dabney Hall. The breakout rooms are located in various buildings on campus (Chen, Broad, Moore, Noyes, Baxter, Linde); see the map on the workshop webpage for session locations as well as parking locations. Please note late arrivals should be prepared to join the workshop sessions via overflow room (Moore lecture hall, Room B270) with webinar link on your own laptop.
Registration Check-In
Please arrive early for registration check-in on Tuesday morning; aim for 7:45 am.
Opening Reception
There will be an opening reception in Dabney Garden on the evening of Tuesday 1 September, beginning at 6:15 pm. Posters will be available to view during the reception.
Reminder to Register for Zoom Webinar and Slack
The workshop will be live streamed via a Zoom webinar. All remote attendees must register in advance. Note that even if you have registered for virtual attendance, you will also need to register for the Plenary talks to receive the Zoom info. In-person attendees may also register in case they need to attend remotely on any day of the workshop; please allow 5-10 minutes to complete this Zoom registration.

Once you have registered, you will receive a follow-up email with your individual link to join the webinar. Daily reminders will be sent one hour before the webinar begins.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late and the main session room is full, be prepared to join via overflow room (Moore lecture hall, Room B270) on your own laptop, using the webinar link.

We invite all workshop registrants to our dedicated Slack Workspace. The invitation link to join can be found here:
