FFWMAF The National Weather Service in Midland/Odessa has issued a * Flash Flood Warning for... Central Pecos County in southwestern Texas... * Until 1000 PM CDT. * At 712 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have quickly fallen. Additional heavy rainfall amounts up to around 1 inch will be possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
